Sapphire Textile Mills Limited (PSX: SAPT) has signed agreements to acquire a minority stake in RTS Textiles Group Limited, a UK-based company specializing in the production and global distribution of workwear fabrics.
This strategic move is aimed at fostering synergies in manufacturing, marketing, and research, with the goal of enhancing customer value and boosting Pakistan's textile exports. The acquisition, subject to corporate and regulatory approvals, may be executed directly by Sapphire or through one of its subsidiaries.
