National Foods Limited has successfully liquidated and closed its Sharjah-based subsidiary, National Foods (FZE). The closure was handled by its Dubai-based subsidiary, National Foods DMCC.

The decision was part of the company's strategic restructuring efforts and was disclosed in a stock filing on Monday. The ultimate parent entity of National Foods Limited is ATC Holdings (Private) Limited.

National Foods is primarily engaged in the production and sale of convenience-based food products.
