In a bid to make its services more accessible and convenient, NADRA has introduced a biker service in Karachi. This new initiative is aimed at reducing waiting times at service centers and assisting citizens who face travel difficulties or have busy schedules.

Starting from Monday, citizens can apply for or renew their National Identity Cards (NICs) and access other related services from the comfort of their homes. Initially, the service will be available in Karachi with three bikers, while Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas will each have one biker. Furthermore, NADRA plans to expand this service by adding ten more bikes in the future.

Each biker is equipped with a special backpack containing all the necessary tools to process applications and handle documents during the visit, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery at the doorstep.

For this at-home service, an additional fee of Rs1,000 will be charged, which includes Rs825 for the service and Rs175 for delivery.

This initiative underscores NADRA’s commitment to enhancing customer convenience by bringing essential services directly to people’s homes.
