Yango condemns any unlawful behavior and urges individuals with genuine concerns to report incidents directly through official support lines or relevant authorities. Currently, 99.9% of Yango trips are complaint-free, underscoring the reliability and safety of our service.
Yango pledges full cooperation with authorities and continues to prioritize passenger safety through over 25 safety features, including real-time trip monitoring, an SOS button, trip-sharing options, and comprehensive ride insurance.
