Pakistan Launches Direct Shipping Line to Europe to Boost Trade
Pakistan has launched the India North Europe Express (INX) maritime service, establishing a direct shipping line from Karachi to key European ports, including London Gateway, Rotterdam, Hamburg, and Antwerp. This new service, starting February 5, aims to enhance trade efficiency by reducing transit times, with ships completing a round trip in just 11 weeks.
The INX service is expected to significantly boost Pakistan’s trade capabilities, leveraging its strategic location and improved maritime infrastructure. By offering quicker and more reliable access to European markets, it will aid Pakistani businesses in expanding their reach and strengthening trade ties with Europe.
This initiative underscores Pakistan’s growing role in global trade, opening new opportunities for exporters and promoting economic growth. The INX maritime service marks a positive development for the country's economy and trade sector.
