Islamabad to Launch One-Stop Service Center Inspired by Baku's Model

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced plans to introduce a one-stop service center in Islamabad, inspired by Baku's impressive "Asan Khidmat" center. During his visit to Baku, the Prime Minister was impressed by the center's advanced technology and efficient service delivery, which offers over 400 facilities.

In his remarks, Prime Minister Sharif praised Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev for the initiative and noted the remarkable scale and modern approach of Baku's facility. He highlighted that while Pakistan has similar centers in Punjab and other cities, Baku's center sets a high standard.

Additionally, the Prime Minister visited the INNOLAND startup center, where young innovators are actively engaged. Following his visit, he announced a pilot project to establish a similar service center in Islamabad and extended an invitation to Azerbaijani experts for collaboration.

Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovation, Ulvi Mehdiyev, briefed the Prime Minister about the center’s role in providing transparent and efficient public services. The briefing also covered mobile service units, including specially designed buses and trains that deliver essential services directly to communities.
