Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has signaled its intent to diversify its investment portfolio by considering a stake in Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL).

Following its 234th Board of Directors meeting on June 13, 2025, FFC announced the submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) and prequalification documents to the Privatization Commission, aligning with the government's ongoing privatization efforts.

To ensure strategic alignment, FFC plans to conduct a thorough due diligence process before moving forward with the investment. The government aims to privatize PIA to enhance its financial stability and operational efficiency.
