The Punjab government has unveiled a new laptop scheme aimed at supporting students pursuing higher education. This significant initiative will provide 110,000 13th-generation Core-i7 laptops to eligible students.

The scheme targets first and second-semester BS students in public sector institutions and medical students, with a merit-based selection process. BS students must have achieved at least 65% in their intermediate exams, while medical students need a minimum of 80% to qualify.

The online application portal is now active, and thousands of students have already registered within hours of its launch.
