Bank Alfalah Launches Its Hiring and Remote Working App Worklee
Bank Alfalah has launched Worklee, Pakistan’s first HR hiring and remote working app, designed to create inclusive employment opportunities. This initiative aims to support women, persons with disabilities (PwDs), and freelancers, enabling them to work remotely and access professional opportunities without traditional workplace barriers.
The Worklee app offers a seamless registration process, allowing users to create profiles, apply for jobs, and work remotely within Bank Alfalah. Initially, the platform will focus on WhatsApp chat agent roles, with plans to expand into programming and coding positions based on business needs.
Aligned with the State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) ‘Banking on Equality’ framework, Worklee reinforces Bank Alfalah’s commitment to financial inclusion. Faisal Farooq Khan, Chief Human Resources Officer, emphasized that the app is a step toward breaking employment barriers, ensuring flexibility and financial independence for diverse talent.
The Worklee app is available for free download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, offering a streamlined hiring process and remote work opportunities. With this initiative, Bank Alfalah continues to lead digital transformation in Pakistan’s employment sector.
